History of Wauchope

The town of Wauchope NSW is situated 20 km west of Port Macquarie and 406 km north of Sydney. Although it has the appearance of a bustling regional town, the town has a rich history and is home to an excellent dairy industry. The town has a population of approximately 7,500 people.
